Our Team
Nathan Tillotson - Managing Director / recruiter
For more than eight years Nathan has successfully recruited in the building materials and home improvement industries. His strengths are relationship development with clients and candidates which allows him to provide strong matches for specific positions.
Previously, Nathan was a top sales agent for a nationally recognized sales and marketing firm, Red Ventures. He also served churches in Texas and North Carolina as a full-time pastor where he learned to care for people and help them through life transitions - something he does now as a recruiter.

Macey Tillotson - Recruiter
Macey serves Igniter as a Research and Recruiting associate sourcing candidates and conducting initial qualifying interviews. Her outgoing personality and ability to connect with candidates makes her a strong advocate for our clients. Macey earned an Associates degree in Marketing Mid-management and has served as a Store Manager for mainstream retailers - hence her love for fashion.
Macey and Nathan have two sons, Adron and Houston who are both active in school and multiple sports. They live in Waxhaw, NC a small town community in the South Charlotte area.
